Desilu-Cahuenga (originally known as Motion Picture Center), was for many years the only studio in Hollywood equipped for and devoted to the filming of audience shows (i.e., I Love Lucy, The Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Show, The Danny Thomas Show, Jack Benny, Red Skelton, etc. It was also used in the normal production of television and theatrical films.
