Desilu-Culver (originally known as RKO-Pathe), housed 13 soundstages -- one of which was the largest in Hollywood. Together with its sprawling backlot, the facility covered 42 acres and included such major permanent sets as "The Western Street," "The Chicago Street," and "The Suburban Street." Desilu Culver was home to such shows as The Untouchables, The Texan, The Andy Griffith Show, The Real McCoys, Guestward Ho!, and many more.
