PREMISE: Lucy's bought another gadget: a Handy Dandy Kitchen Helper... The ads promise it will rice, dice and slice potatoes, make french fries, etc., but in reality it does nothing. Ricky demands she return it and get her money back, but when a representative comes to retrieve it, she winds up buying an even-more-expensive new Handy Dandy Vacuum Cleaner. Ricky is furious, but rather than return it (and possibly get suckered into buying an even bigger item) she decides to sell it herself to some other unsuspecting soul.
