Great job on the web site!

I just read the online letters regarding I Love Lucy DVDs. I also have this collection and noticed the problem with disc#1 and radio show. Another problem with Columbia House is that you can never get a customer service rep. I'd like to request a replacement for disc#1. Does anyone have a number for Columbia House that connects you to a customer rep?
