I have a question regarding the "Yours, Mine & Ours" DVD. Does it come with an insert that has the scene breakdown and titles on it?

No... Unfortunately, the MGM Movie Time packaging is very basic... just a couple of photos on the front and back, the cast/credits and a brief synopsis....
