Just received this sample ballot and wanted to make it available to Lucyfans everywhere. Vote for your favorite "TV on DVDs"... You will note that Lucy programs have been nominated in two categories -- one for the 1950s and one for the 1960s! Here's a great way to let the DVD producers know that Lucy is still a big favorite!

TV shows on DVD are the fastest-growing sector of the DVD market, and they are forever changing the way we watch TV. Here’s your chance to vote on the best TV DVD releases of the past year! A panel of judges took a look at more than 150 entries submitted by the studios and independent suppliers, released between September 1, 2003, and August 31, 2004, and narrowed the choices down to three nominees in each of the 12 categories.
