Still in Love with Lucy

Dear Fellow Lucy Fans,

Just a quick note today... Will have a follow-up letter later in the week...

Suzanne Steals Their Heart

A collector of old radio programs has recently unearthed 20 episodes of Jack Haley's 1938-39 radio program, The Wonder Show -- so named because its sponsor was Wonder Bread. Haley, of course, would soon become famous for his portrayal of The Tin Man in "The Wizard of Oz."

Lucy was something of a regular guest on this series -- and apparently Gale Gordon also made multiple appearances! (Who knew these two even knew each other that far back!)

The collector has decided to make these programs available to us fans on CDs. I am supposed to receive samples later this week, and assuming the programs' clarity is as good as promised, we will list info on how you can order copies in next week's letter.

Have a great week!
